Charges included : hot and cold water, electricity, cooking gas

Charges not included : heating (underfloor, via a wood pellet boiler): €0.08 / kWh

Tourist tax : it is collected all year round. Its amount is 1.10 € / person and per night for people over 18 years old

Deposits : €300 (additional €100 if animals accompany you during your stay in the gîte, within the limit of 2 animals allowed maximum), and cleaning deposit of €35 (if cleaning option not subscribed)

Advance payment : 33% of the rental price. A reservation is considered effective upon receipt of the signed contract and the deposit check or bank transfer. The balance is due on arrival in the gîte

Options : end of stay cleaning: €35 – Price for sheets + towels: €7 / person

Animals accepted (additional deposit: 100 € / animal within the limit of 2 animals maximum).

Reservations are made only on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday during all school holidays and during the presence of bridges or public holidays. Reservations are made from 2 nights and the days of arrival are free the rest of the periods.

Arrivals in the gîte are at 4 p.m., departures from the gîtes take place between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. (different times can be agreed depending on the rentals preceding and following the reservation).
